Introduction
In the event that the health authorities announce a new period of confinement due to the evolution of
the health crisis caused by COVID-19, the teaching staff will promptly communicate how this may effect
the teaching methodologies and activities as well as the assessment.
It is always necessary to know the consumer behavior and whys of consumption, regardless of the position you play in a company.
Pre-course requirements
Objectives
The main objective of the course is to understand the usefulness of market research, when and why to use it and their relationship with the company and the marketing.
