Syllabus

A) Systematicall Approach

1. Philosophy and Law. Nature of philosophy. Philosophy parts: the study of being and the human being (metaphysics). Philosophical grounds of law: person and her or his dimensions. Philosophy of law. ¿What is law? Law etimological sense. The concept of law. Antrophological and social foundation of law.

 

2. Philosophy of law: visions and concepts. Natural law jusnaturalism.
