The countdown to the first day at UIC Barcelona has begun.
We’re ready and waiting to introduce you to the university at our Welcome Session in September. Collect your student material, hear the rector’s welcome message and join us at the information sessions to help get to know your new university and meet your new classmates.
This year we will be holding a number of Welcome Sessions to ensure we are able to comply with social distancing measures.
The Welcome Sessions will be held on Friday 4th, Monday 7th and Tuesday 8th September with one session in the morning (starting at 9.30 am) and one in the afternoon (starting at 3.30 pm).
Take a look at the information related to your particular programme and welcome session, such as important dates, times and basic information to help you get off to a good start at the university! The first few days are important!

Material You’ll need a lab coat and scrub uniform for your internship and Clinical Simulation Laboratories (LBS). You’ll be given a lab coat for free at your Faculty’s Welcome Session. The scrub uniform (compulsory for your internship) will be provided by a commercial company around October for you to purchase and check which size you need.
