Course on Clinical Neurodynamics
This on-site course will consist of 40 hours of class, 20 of which will focus on the upper quarter, and 20 on the lower quarter.
Upper quarter content
- Palpation: introduction to the technique and palpation of the hand (median, ulnar and sensitive branch of the radial nerve)
- Palpation: ulnar, median and radial nerve at elbow
- Palpation: brachial plexus in shoulder and neck
- Experience neurodynamics (median and radial palpation on inner arm through neurodynamic testing)

Cervical radiculopathy

Lateral elbow pain
- Treatment interface: static and dynamic opener and manual release of supinator. Contract/relax technique
- Neural treatment: proximal sliding, proximal and distal sliding and tensioning movements. Level 3C technique
Carpel tunnel syndrome
- Treatment interface: static and dynamic openers and dynamic closer
- Neural treatment: sliding on one limb, sliding on both limbs, tensioning movements + interface component
Lower quarter content
- Palpation of sciatic nerve at pelvis and thigh, palpation of tibial and peroneal nerves on leg, palpation of nerves on feet (superficial and deep peroneal, sural and tibial nerves)
- Theory behind neurodynamic testing.
- Neurodynamic testing with straight leg raised; peroneal, tibial and sural neurodynamic tests; neurodynamic slump test and prone knee bend
