GRE - Research Group Carlos Pujol, literature and humanism
The aim behind the Carlos Pujol literature and humanism research group is to study and provide visibility to the work of Carlos Pujol (1936-2012), a multifaceted humanist from the 20th century who was a poet, novelist, aphorist, essayist, translator, literary critic, translator, editor, and a jury member for important literary prizes. The first step was to analyse his work in light of his literary thought, to create a system to organise his poetry and link his work to the cultural environment and the publishing world. The group is also responsible for the custodianship, cataloguing and study of the Carlos Pujol Personal Archive, containing the personal papers of the writer, which his family donated to UIC Barcelona.
