Necessary documentation

Once you have submitted the application for admission, Information Services will contact you to arrange your entrance exam. To be eligible to sit for the exam, you must submit the following documents at least five days prior to the exam date:

  1. Document stating you agree with the general terms and conditions for admission and reservation policies for the relevant course (see below).
  2. Academic certification officially substantiating the completion of prior studies, depending on academic experience and university access route:

    Route 0: Students with LOGSE/COU high school diploma + PAU or similar credentials
    Final transcript and high school diploma (photocopy).

    Route 1: International students with pre-approved PAU certification
    Academic transcript for the last two years of study (photocopy) along with corresponding official conversion compliant with the Spanish education system.

    Route 2: Students with certificates, diplomas or the equivalent
    Academic certificate containing marks from all courses.
    Certified copy of the certificate or diploma, or receipt of the course fee payment.

    Credit transfer requests:
    Programme curriculum and course titles (for the programme from which you wish to transfer credits).
    Duly completed credit transfer request form (available from Information and Admissions Services)

    Students with credits from foreign institutions:
    Official approval of the degree from the Ministry of Education, or a certified copy of the original degree from the university.
    Certified copy of the academic transcript, and sworn translation into Spanish.
    Documents to validate foreign credits: programme curriculum with a record of all courses passed, bearing the University’s stamp, and also officially translated.

    Route 4: CFGS: Students with higher education
    Final marks for the two most recent academic years of study (photocopy).

    Route 7: Students with PAU or similar credentials with some University studies completed
    Personal academic transcript (original record of courses taken) substantiating a pass for the PAU exam and also the final mark obtained.

    Credit transfer requests:
    Programme curriculum and course titles (for the programme from which you wish to transfer credits).
    Duly completed credit transfer request form (available from Information and Admissions Services). 

    Students with credits from foreign institutions:
    Certified copy of the academic transcript, and sworn translation into Spanish.
    Documents to validate foreign credits: programme curriculum containing a record of all courses passed, bearing the University’s stamp, and also officially translated.

    Route 8: University students with CFGS (higher level vocational qualifications)
    Personal academic transcript (original or certified copy) substantiating these credentials.
    Programme curriculum and course titles (for the programme from which you wish to transfer credits).
    Duly completed credit transfer request form (available from Information and Admissions Services).

  3. Two passport sized photographs with your first name and surname written on the back, itis essential that the pictures have a white background and are printed on photographic paper.
  4. A copy of your DNI (National Identitification Document) or passport.
  5. Receipt substantiating payment of a non refundable processing fee for the amount of €100 .
