To complete the online enrolment process, please follow the steps below:
Send all required documentation (which varies based on the access route in question) by post to the Admissions Office.
Once the documentation has been sent and received, we will enable the online enrolment option during the period of time specified in the acceptance letter. You may log into the system using your code (you should receive this code by email when you generate your application. It also appears in the acceptance letter) and national ID number (DNI).
The link will not be enabled if you have failed to send the required documentation.
Once the link is enabled, click on it to view your enrolment sheet. You must print out this sheet and pay the required amount.
* If you wish to enrol in person you may do so by personally submitting the above-mentioned documentation to the Admissions Office on the Barcelona Campus (Office hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 2 pm).
Required documentation
Route 0
LOGSE/COU upper secondary education + Spanish University Entrance Exams (PAU) or similar
Original, approved University Entrance Exam Card (copy for the university) and an attested copy of the upper secondary education certificate or proof of payment of the fees required to issue the certificate.
Route 1
Foreign students who have passed the University Entrance Exams in their country of origin
Approved academic transcripts or application for Spanish upper secondary education qualification.
UNED accreditation of the university entrance exam mark.
If the documents are in a language other than Spanish, a sworn Spanish translation.
Route 2
Students with a diploma, bachelor's degree or equivalent
Personal academic transcripts from all academic years, attested copy of the diploma or bachelor's degree certificate or proof of fee payment.
If you wish to apply for validation, you must also submit the following documentation:
Curriculum and list of completed subjects (those you wish validated).
Duly completed validation form (available from the Marketing, Promotion and Admissions Office).
Official recognition of the degree certificate issued by the Ministry of Education, Social Policy and Sport (EU) or a legalised original copy of the university degree certificate.
Students holding foreign university degrees
A legalised copy of your original academic transcripts and an original sworn translation into Spanish.
Documentation required to apply for validation: Translated copies of the curriculum and list of passed subjects stamped by the university.
Route 4
Higher vocational education and training (CFGS)
Students with a vocational qualification (FP): transcripts from all three years of secondary-level vocational training and education issued by the public institution under which the centre operates and an attested copy of the qualification or proof of fee payment.
Students with a higher vocational education and training qualification (CFGS): transcripts of the training course issued by the centre and an attested copy of the qualification or proof of fee payment.
Route 7
National University Entrance Exams or equivalent and unfinished university studies
An original copy of your academic transcript listing all completed subjects, access route (National University Entrance Exams, higher vocational education and training, VET) and marks.
If you wish to apply for validation, you must also submit the following documentation:
Curriculum and list of completed subjects (those you wish validated).
Duly completed validation form (available from the Marketing, Promotion and Admissions Office).
Students with a foreign university degree
A legalised copy of your original academic transcript and an original sworn translation into Spanish.
Documentation required to apply for validation: A translated copy of the curriculum and list of passed subjects stamped by the university.
Route 8
University students from higher vocational education and training (CFGS)
Original copy of the academic transcript that accredits your access route.
If you wish to apply for validation, you must also submit the following documentation:
Curriculum and list of completed subjects (those you wish validated).
Duly completed validation form (available from the Marketing, Promotion and Admissions Office).
Route 9
Students who have passed the entrance exam for students over 25
Access for students over 25: a certificate accrediting admission issued by the Admissions Office.
Route 10
Students over 40
A certificate accrediting admission for students over 40 issued by the Admissions Office.
Route 11
Students who have passed the entrance exam for students over 45
Access for students over 45: a certificate accrediting admission issued by the Admissions Office.
Payment methods
Several different payment options are available (all require the collection procedure code (CPR) indicated at the bottom of the enrolment sheet):
On-site
You may submit the enrolment sheet in person at any of the following financial institutions: "la Caixa", Catalunya Caixa, BBVA, Banco de Sabadell, Banco Santander or Unnim.
Online
Online, provided that you are a customer of one of these institutions and have access to the relevant services:

Catalunya Caixa (click on: Payments / Taxes and fees / Enrolment and fees / Payment).
